NRM Government “Not in Power to Joke” – Museveni

President Yoweri Museveni has reaffirmed the National Resistance Movement (NRM) government’s commitment to safeguarding Uganda, stressing that leadership is not a matter of play but of discipline and responsibility.  

Speaking to Ugandans, the President underscored that the NRM is in power to ensure stability, security, and national progress. 

He emphasized that discipline within government structures and among citizens is essential to protect the country’s achievements and future.  

Museveni’s remarks serve as a reminder of the NRM’s long-standing position on maintaining order and safeguarding Uganda’s sovereignty. The President urged Ugandans to remain steadfast, disciplined, and supportive of the government’s mission to secure peace and development.
