The Electoral Commission has officially cleared Arif Ebuga Ameet to contest for the position of Councilor representing Campswahili Ward in Soroti City East Division during the 2026 elections. This legal clearance now allows Ebuga to actively campaign across Campswahili, presenting his ideals and vision to residents.

Upon receiving his nomination, Ebuga addressed the people of Campswahili, assuring them of his commitment:
